Hey there! I'm Kasturi. 👋🏼 Content marketer, UX writer, and fiction writer based in Gurgaon.
 

I currently work at MailerLite, a globally renowned email marketing platform, where my work spans long-form SEO articles, UX copy for new product features, newsletter campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, and case studies.

I don't just produce content. I think about the whole experience: how a reader arrives, what they need to feel, and what gets them to act. That instinct comes from over a decade of work across consulting, market research, and marketing, sharpened by two master's degrees and an unconventional creative life.
 

My journey
 

My path has never been a straight line and I've stopped apologising for that. I started in strategy consulting and market research, which gave me an analytical backbone that still shapes how I approach every brief. Then came marketing, then content strategy, then a deep dive into the world of email...and running alongside all of it, always, fiction writing.
 

I'm a published novelist, a short story writer, and currently long-listed in a novel pitch competition. That creative practice isn't separate from my content work. It's what makes it better. It's where I learned that readers leave the moment they stop caring, and that lesson carries on to everything I write.

A little more about me

​

When I'm not writing for work or writing for myself, I'm in Gurgaon with my partner and our three rescued pets. I paint. I read literary fiction obsessively. I believe the best content, like the best stories, starts with a genuine curiosity about people.
